1. Shipping policy. Parcel processing time. All orders are usually processed on the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we have a large volume of orders, deliveries can be delayed by a few days. Please allow delivery 1-2 days late for domestic orders and 3-5 days for international orders. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you by email or phone for confirmation.
2. Shipping rates and delivery estimates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed on the payment page. Occasionally there may be delivery delays.
3. Confirmation of shipment and tracking of the order. After placing the order you will receive an SMS or an email confirming the shipment (once the order has been sent to the courier) containing the tracking number. The order tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you have received a damaged order, please contact the courier / freight forwarder to file a complaint. Please photograph and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a complaint.
